I went to the tire shop and the employee came right away to my car, look at tire and politely said don’t worry ma’am will take of it and get you home, I am so grateful that shop was the the Courthouse.

- JGJustin GyarmathyOct 13, 20255.0I am writing this about the Goodyear location in Bartow, FL. at 390 E Van Fleet Dr. We were returning home from a LONG and TIRING weekend in Orlando at the theme parks with a packed car...7 of us (including our 2 kids and 3 of their friends) and 2 dogs. Needless to say the car ride was stressful and bad already. In Winter Haven we hit a pothole pretty hard in heavy traffic and our tire started leaking. We made it to Bartow and had lost 7 psi already and had 2 hours still ahead of us...ugh. I pulled into the Goodyear out of desperation because my "trusty" rechargeable tire inflator was dead as a doornail. Anyway I was starting to lose it lol, dogs barking, kids starting to argue and Ricky Farley saw me and asked what was going on and asked me to hang on a minute and he'd be right out. I'm sure he could see on my face that I was just a Dad stressing out, trying to keep the good times going to finish off our wonderful trip. Needless to say he put me at ease and had us in and out in no time. I bent the inside of the rim a little bit and it was no longer leaking but just in case he put some bead sealer on it, filled it and ensured me we would be safe for the ride home which we were. He wouldn't accept any money from me for this not even a tip. To whoever reads this Ricky Farley displayed excellent customer service and may have made me a customer for life for Goodyear! Unfortunately we don't live in Bartow but he is representing the brand in a way that all owners, corporation execs, etc. could only wish for. Thanks again Ricky and Goodyear!
