    Charged me $500 just to say that the part they replaced didn't fix the problem :) I've been going there for the past 5 years, and its always been fine, but this past time was very messy. They kept saying they would call me when they could order the part and when the part came in- both times I had to call them to check in on it. They just seemed disjointed and not communicating or working together. Then, they called to say the part they put in didn't fix the problem, and I'd have to pay twice as much to get that part and get it installed. I read other reviews and people have had the exact same issue as me.

    I went to Goodyear tire shop distress finding out when I left the court from jury duty, that the Front passenger side of the tire was slashed. I went to the tire shop and the employee came right away to my car, look at tire and politely said don’t worry ma’am will take of it and get you home, I am so grateful that shop was the the Courthouse.

    My husband was having alternator issues while traveling from St Lucie county to Tampa and he was able to pull in for service first thing. He received friendly and welcoming service right away and was back on the road safely in no time at all. This was at the least refreshing!! Thank you! Excellent service!!
