  Typical enterprise fashion, you set up a rental weeks in advance and less then 2 hours before pick up time they call to let you know they don't have the vehicle you asked for. Supposedly the van was to be returned the day of my pick up and it got into an accident. After interacting with the "service" team here, I have doubts on that story. They then try and give you a smaller car and try convincing you it will fit your needs. Of course it will not. We asked if they can call other local branches outside their area to confirm if they have the vehicle we needed on site. They tell me that they'd prefer if the customer called because evidently the other branches wouldnt care as much because they wouldnt get the compensation on rental. So I proceed to do just that and get a fake confirmation from a call center after asking if the person I was talking to was at the branch location. I proceed to get a call from that local branch 30 minutes later to let me know they have no vans. After all this the rep, who'd id assume is the manager or store owner in Bartow, has the audacity to ask me to come back to them so he can make it right. Told him that I dont rent cars often and they only way to make it up to me would be to get the other branch to lower the rate or some gas card. I expected nothing and got nothing of course.
