  Sadly Camping World Bartow has upheld the reputation of Camping World for horrible service and communication. We ordered a part for our refrigerator from CW Bartow on 2/10 we were told it would arrive 2/15 to 2/17 they did not contact us by 2/17, we called them about the partwere put on hold fo 20+ minutes, no one seemed to know anything about the part? We had a copy of the work order and Ref#. They said they would call us with the info, they did not call! I went to the dealer ship on 2/20, I was directed to the back of the store to the service/parts sign. Stood in line, when i got to the counter they asked if i was there for parts of service? I was redirected to the front of store to the cash register. I talked to Marcy and told her what was going on, she coild not find the part or tracking #. She told me she was was working 2/21 and would call me with an up date by the end of the day surprise! It did not happen... contacted them on 2/22 by phone, on hold for 25 minutes and were told the management would look into and call us?

  I have never been treated so badly... after the initial price change we should have walked away.. they found a camper we really liked. We put down over half of the money.. they quilted us into 9k more for insurance. They only needed to finish installing weather stripping on the extension... they have screwed up the order now twice... they have held our camper for now over a month.. Jesus.will and Julia refuse to return our phone calls for over 3 weeks. Do not trust them with your dreams.. do not save for over a year and trust them with anything... Go any where else with your hard earned money and your hopes and dreams..

  Great service, knowledgeable about their products. The water pump in our RV started leaking and the guy helped us so much, explained different issues with the pump and helped us get the proper one for our RV. We were able to replace it and it didn't interfere with our trip.

  We purchased a brand new 39 foot travel trailer a few weeks ago. We are living in it full-time right now while we are getting the raw land we purchased together. Mike is an amazing salesman who is very helpful, personable, and a good guy! TJ from the finance department is also awesome. He helped us to get our RV via fianancing. Gary and the team did a great job prepping our RV for us before arrival. Will is a great manager who helped us troubleshoot checkin on another small RV that we had serviced through them. Julia from the service department can be very busy at times, but she is good at what she does. Derek delivered our RV and leveled it for us. Derek was amazing. Thank you so much for your patience and helpfullness Derek!! If you want to purchase an RV for leisure or to live in, come get it from Camping World Bartow!!! Awesome people, awesome RVs!!

  Bought an RV here they talked me into good sam extended warranty for appliances which comes out to $3,600. I got the RV home and the clothes washer did not work so I called Good Sam to see about how to get it fixed. So I called Bartow Camping World where I bought the unit and was advised that I would be charged 2 hrs travel each way at $200 an hour which comes to $800. She said if insurance covers travel they will reimburse me. Definitely would have been further ahead without the insurance and just bought a new washing machine even though it never worked from the time I brought the unit home. Not to mention the lady in service had an attitude. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion and I would steer clear of the Good Sam warranty because everybody that I called that does RV work does not work with the insurance company And when you try to take it back to camping world they give you a runaround
