  I had the pleasure of meeting Carl. He took his time showing me around some of the rigs I was interested in, even though I said I wasn’t buying anything today. He’s extremely knowledgeable and I will make sure to come back to him when I’m ready to purchase!

  We just purchased a new camper and were on our way to our first trip and realized we could not find a tool we needed. We called their parts department and Matt answered the phone. He found the tool we needed and brought it out to us and we didn’t need to go inside. We love Camping World of Bartow and would highly recommend them for sales, parts and service!

  We were excited to get our new 2026 enlighten 25 bh. The price and the appliances are really impressive, easy to pull. When we got it home we started getting it ready to go and found some things of poor craftsmanship from the builders. The sales people were great, friendly. The service people were great to.

  I worked with Taylor G in service for my warranty repair and she was absolutely amazing, she went out of her way to make sure everything was good, she was professional, easy to communicate with and was extremely helpful in all aspects of the repair. Clinton the tech was also very friendly, did an amazing job and was very respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend Taylor and Clinton for any RV needs you may have, Thank you Camping World Bartow.

  It was a nightmare. They had my unit for one full month. I booked an appointment. It was supposed to be done in 3 days. They called me to say it was ready. I went in today and it wasn't ready. It's a Mickey mouse outfit. You can't talk to anybody in service half the time you're on hold for half an hour 40 minutes. The receptionist comes back on the line and asks if you want to leave your name and number or someone will get back to you. I brought it in for detailing and when I went today to pick it up because they said it was done it had not been detailed. I had to wait over 2 hours to get it half-assed done. My total bill was almost $6,000 for what? I have no idea other than they said they did a lot of repairs on it. There was one person in detailing all the rest have quit. They can't keep staff. That should have told me something. 0 out of five still has streaks all over it
