I’ll never use this place, just as bad as hertz was, I’m sure they’ll be next to go under.

We were visiting from out of state. We spoke with Enterprise on line phone number that went to a call center, we had the worst experience. So when we went into Enterprise (annoyed non the less from the call center associate) and dealt with Ken he made it into a better experience for us. He’s very outgoing very knowledgeable very friendly and helpful and sincere. It’s employees like Ken that make all the difference for a company And have customers coming back. We will definitely be returning to Enterprise to deal with Ken in the future when the time arises. Thank you
