  After 30 yrs of renting cars on buisness, this has been my worst experience by far , arrived to pick up the car I had a reservation for, to be told no vehicals are available ?? I dont understand ...why would you take my reservation, if you had no cars available!! ..shortly after watched the next person pick up their rental .. when asked was told " we'll they made their reservation weeks ago!!..how does that matter !! Was given a customer service number to call and was promised that the regional manager would find me a vehical ..1 .5 hrs later im still sitting in the lobby of enterprise..no acknowledgement..no phone call nothing !!...ive never experienced anything even close to this ... I've missed my meeting this afternoon .. Im lost for words ..I've rented literally cars thousands of times over the years ..from small companies as well as big ...and never ever experienced anything like this. Update Never recived the call i was promised from the regional manager ,the assistant manager Dante Ghant is incredibly rude and is a poor representative of your organization, it's now 430 waited 3 hours and was laughed at and told " im telling you what i told you at 1pm I have no car for you leave or i will call the police ..never been so insultedin my life" .. I will take my buisness elsewhere and will never use enterprise again .

  Rapid service customer service oriented attendants and courtesy rides home are definitely a big PLUS

  Spent 30 minutes yesterday talking to the guy at the desk getting a reservation for today 12.24 only to get told by the girl at the desk (Gigi) that the guy didn’t know what he was doing and now I’m without a car while my truck is at the dealership on Christmas. I’ll never use this place, just as bad as hertz was, I’m sure they’ll be next to go under.
