When I filed a complaint, the manager promised to fix it and clean my oil-stained driveway, but when I brought the car in he barely looked and blamed it on wear and tear from the oil pump. My independent mechanic confirmed the housing was cracked from overtightening, something that does not happen from normal use. Valvoline then claimed they reviewed video and said a torque wrench was used, denying responsibility, even though they were the only ones who touched my car since August. I ended up paying over $1,500 to fix what they broke. Completely incompetent service and terrible customer support. Avoid.
