- GGGeneva5 days ago5.0I stopped by Tire Kingdom/Mavis n Auburndale where I've been for many years n Hunter along with another associate were so quick to assist. Hunter was so professional, assistive n willing to assist in any way he could. I was stressed when I pulled n bc I didn't know what to expect but when I left I felt better than I had all day. It's hard to find someone who has customer service skills better yet pleasant n assistive so I had to let u all know that he is the kind of associate that any store, person or business would love to n need to have. Thanks for having an associate like Hunter to make my grieving day become a more than grateful day during this holiday season we are facing without our parents.

I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere and had to be towed to the nearest tire store My Roadside Assistance took over 45 minutes to actually get somebody on the phone and then they told me the dispatcher would call me back in an hour. Luckily, I already talked to James. He was 10 minutes away and had a tire in stock that would fit my car.. I called him back to ask him if he knew of a local tow company that might be able to get me there quicker because I was short on time. He suggested a guy nearby who was literally there in 10 minutes. Then he called me back, cause he knew I was in a hurry & took all the information over the phone so he had to have the tire ready to go when I got there I couldn’t recommend James more highly- above and beyond.
