    Had 4 new tires installed with warranty on them 10 k miles in back tire inner wall cracks literally gaches. I went they told me that mabe i hit something. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 20 k miles later front tire has the same exact thing. They told me its because of the thread. Spent over 1k on tires, its not a thread issue its a manufactured issue but they dont want to help the customer 1st and last time buying from this place. Poor customer service poor management. Had them installed 2024 and they already telling new i need new tires. I have had cars for a veryyyy long time this is not normal.
