Nick has great customer service! He also did a wonderful job explaining what my truck needed and helped me find the right parts. This store is truly amazing and knowledgeable with the auto industry. Will be shopping for parts there more often!

- LOLaura OyolaSep 2, 20255.0I truly want to thank Sandra for her wonderful help, going above and beyond. I was stuck at the circle K gas station when my car would not want to start up. I walked over to your store and asked for a jumper box to try that. Sandra immediately supplied that. Upon return to return the device she asked if it worked which it did not. She then said to give her a moment to finish with a customer and she would walk over to try to assist. Within about 5 min she met me at the pump with 2 other devices to help get my car started. Unfortunately it did not work but she was knowledgeable about the make of my car and said often times the car will lock itself with the anti theft system to prevent theft if the car sensed something funny ( i think my foot slipped off the brake when I hit the start button). She suggested to let the car sit for a few hours or overnight so the car in essence would reset itself. So i decided to hold off on the Tow (which saved me time and money) and came back the next morning and the car started right up!! Thanks Sandra for your help and advice!
