Auto zone would’ve taken the battery with no problem. People Ego now and days. Thanks to the other associate who just sat there and watched.

Don't offer a field online for additional pickup person and then be berated by the employee that"under state law the card holder has to be present for us to release the parts" never once had an issue untill today. Who pissed in his cheerios this morning?
