Overall the Vacuum and detail area is really the best part imo. The powerful Vacuum and reach of the hose is outstanding. Cleaning supplies worked very well. I was not overwhelmed by the car wash itseelf. Was not bad but seems more like a light show with some bubbles. I am emailing Whistle to try and resolve the huge difference in what I expected to pay for the 1st time membership of 10.00 and the $43.00 of actual .

When you exit the tunnel you still have soap on parts of your car. Vacuums don’t even get all the sand off your mats. If you have rubber mats you can’t use their mat cleaners. On top of it all, even you don’t have any of the accessories they warn you can’t go through the tunnel, they still damage your car and management just says sorry and doesn’t offer to make it right in any way.

The air dryers at the end of the car wash work really well, one of my Disney magnets blew off from the rear of the car. The workers were actually able to find it so it'll make the wife happy. Trash will be full, no clean towels in bins, spray bottles broken, vacuums not working. Ive had to go in and get towels off the counter because all the bins were empty and the workers were lounging in the back. I am paranoid when I have to move my car up to the wash, because twice they had my car run up on the barrier because they were talking to other workers and not paying attention. I give it two stars, because it feels like the younger (teenagers) employees are outworking the adult employees and leadership. its sad and I'll be canceling my membership.
