  The folks at this location are great, their only mistake is working with Penske instead of any other truck rental company I have moved about 8 times in the last ten years ranging from within a city to across the country, this was my first and last time using penske. The truck Penske sent to this location for me to pick had a check engine light on, which I was not comfortable with since I was moving halfway across the country. Penske corporate resources were either slow or not responsive to the folks at this location. After 4 hours I was given a different location where I had to go and pick up another truck (adding another hour). The truck I received was filthy, still had trash in it, and half-way through my drive the change oil indicator in the second truck came on. I was told to work with Connor the local Penske manager to remedy these issues, and when I called someone from his office told me the drop-off location would be able to handle compensation. The drop-off location attempted to give me a partial refund, but were unable to due to technical issues. When the drop-off associate contacted Jeremy from the Penske corporate helpdesk in PA, Jeremy was exceptionally rude to the associate, and was curt to me stating I was only out of commission for a half-hour when I called roadside assistance, which I never did, it was part of what the pick team attempted to resolve the issue with the first truck. I attempted twice more to call Connor to resolve the situation, but he never reached back out to me after an entire week. The kicker, the trash left in the truck contained receipts from the area where I was driving to, so I essentially paid for the privilege to move one of their trucks back to a higher value area.
