  Went to get an oil change took only 15mins super fast. Naj and Jermaine helped with the service they are very helpful as I was shown how reset my oil mileage after a oil change.

  Inspection printout indicated coolant checked out ok, when in fact it was very low and I needed to add coolant. Great experience overall. Quick service.

  After leaving one location (Ocoee) without obtaining service due to the not so friendly behavior of an employee there, I came to this location. My experience at this location was the complete opposite! Everyone there was extremely pleasant. While they were busy, the wait was well worth it. The assistant manager, Kenneth, was so kind. He explained the reason why he treats people with respect is because we can never assume the type of day a person may be having, and he doesn’t want to be a part of the reason why someone’s day becomes worse. If you are looking for efficient service, with a smile, come here.

  Had a really good experience at Valvoline. I went in for an oil change, and they also replaced my filter and serviced my transmission fluid. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and worked fast. I was in and out quickly and my car feels great. Definitely coming back. Thanks Daniel, Teo, and Naj!

  Extremely unprofessional experience. My wife recently came to this location for a long-overdue oil change. During the visit, the technician attempted to upsell her on windshield wiper service and an air filter replacement. After she politely declined, he made the following comment to her: “If I don’t change that, it’ll never get changed because your husband won’t do it.” This comment was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and frankly insulting. Not only was it an unnecessary remark directed at a customer, but it also carried an assumption that was unprofessional. Having someone perform these service for you is matter of convenience not incompetence. Customers should not have to deal with that kind of behavior when simply coming in for routine service. For the record, replacing windshield wipers or an air filter takes minimal effort on most vehicles, which makes the comment even more ridiculous. Because of the technician’s behavior toward my wife, I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate and requesting a full refund. I sincerely hope management addresses this employee’s conduct and reinforces basic professionalism and respect toward customers.
