  I booked an appointment for 11 AM on April 11, 2026. I arrived on time. I asked the gentleman how long it would take to service my car. He said an hour to an hour and a half. I told him I would wait. At 12:20 my car had still not been moved nor serviced. It was where I parked it at 11 o’clock. I inquired with the service person again the status of my car and he said it would be an hour to an hour and a half and I said well I’ve already waited an hour and 20 minutes. He then went into a speech about the cards that were coming before me. That is not my problem. I had an 11 o’clock appointment. They told me it would take 60 to 90 minutes. They have finally taken my car in at 12:40 PM. Dishonest and poor Customer Service. If it’s going to take three hours, just tell me it’s going to take three hours. Honesty is the better policy.

  i dont advice anyone to go there, 0 customer service. I went there to do oil change and tire rotation, the tire I bought frome them last year. After my oil change and tire rotation I drove my car and it was shaking bad after 65 mi, I went back they told I need to do balance. I took my car to shop close to work, and they did tire balance to 3 tire and told me that the 4th one front driver side is bad tire and can't be balance, and they show me the report. They told to go back where I bought the tire because the will be still under factory warranty. I did go back to tire kingdom and he did see that I bought the tire last year, told them what's going on, he said that I don't have warranty on these tire. I don't under stand how. Then they took the car back to look at it and see what they can do about it. What they did they could not balance the mark tire with x , so what they did is put that bad tire to the back and brought the back tire to front. So they didn't fixe the problem. So they ...... you tell me what that called.

  My new car didn’t come with a spare. I needed a spare mounted to a wheel. Kevin helped out. It was quick and easy. I’d recommend to others.

  Came here for over ten years. Unfortunately, there has been a decline in customer services and communication. Thank goodness for their corporate customer service.
