- MPMr Perez4 days ago1.0Very poor customer service provided by a Hispanic lady that claims she is a manager and told me that once an item has been purchased and have left the store it cannot be returned or refund. I stopped by this racetrack just recently this morning to get four food items that’s I have gotten 4 times at this location, and as I left, I took one bite into one of the items and turns out that it’s not what it supposed to be so I made an exception and decided to take a bite of another one if all the other three are correct I’ll leave it be but turns out that all four Of the food items are incorrect and was placed in the incorrect location. What if I don’t eat something specific and could of had a reaction to it due to a simple mistake. Someone needs to educate that supposed to be manager. I travel very often as a small business owner being a RaceTrac VIP Rewards member and I only refuel at RaceTrac, no one should have to experience what I did this morning. Thankfully a racetrack member was there who assisted me in the appropriate manner and issued my refund. Theirs many mistakes made and it includes food safety.
