  I came in at the 11th hour on a Friday before they closed and the team meticulously looked at my tire to find the issue - the tiniest piece of metal! They patched me up and I was on my way. They were so nice and helpful!

  I came in today because a part under my car was coming loose and dragging against the road. Romel helped fix this part for me right away and was done very quickly. Highly recommend getting service here.

  Brought in my car last week to get a simple tire balance. They told me if the steering wheel still shakes it’s probably something more. They explained the balance was as good as they could get when I picked it up. Come to find out it was worse than before I took it in. I thought, with doing research, it needed a road force balance, which Mavis does not do. I brought to Discount Tire across the street and all they did was just another simple balance. They said the balance was extremely off and surprised when I told them I just had it balanced a couple days ago. Discount did it perfect and wish I would have brought it there in the first place. So I basically wasted $80 at Mavis.

  Went in today at 8am for 4 new tires as well as an alignment. We notified the store that we will be wanting to keep 2 of the original tires for use at a later date, and to instead replace the 2 spares which were in the trunk. They proceeded to change all 4 tires (including the ones we asked not to) and then left us the 2 BAD tires which makes ZERO sense especially after specifically being told. Furthermore when I returned to the business to notify them, we were offered to keep the opportunity to get back our tires but they WONT mount it back on to my wheel because of “company policy” regarding the amount of tread left. Essentially now I’m left to foot the bill to have my 2 tires REMOUNTED, IF IM ABLE TO FIND A LOCATION WHO WILL DO IT. So because Mavis messed up, a customer now has to go pay out of their OWN pocket to fix YOUR company’s mistake, and all Mavis does is say “I’m sorry” and lean on their “company policy” to not have to correct their own mistake. Then they had the audacity to ask for a review on Google???? As I am now left without a spare tire on my vehicle as well as being left without a spare tire for a separate vehicle, which the other tire belonged to.

  If I could write this place a zero I would it is nothing but a scam I took my vehicle in for a vibration in the front end to have the wheels balanced the so-called (mechanic) came back from a test drive and told me my whole front end was shot after it had just all been done the whole front end less than two weeks prior and after I left there disappointed I went down the street to a regular tire shop where they took the tire off and found out there was a bubble in the tread and that the front end was fine the tire was junk so had the person at the Mavis just did the tires balancing like I wanted originally The problem would have been fixed instead since their commission-based employees they try to ring you for every dollar they can so they make more money So be very careful if you go here because they're going to tell you you need more repairs than what you actually need
