- NJN J4 days ago1.0I brought my vehicle to this Valvoline location with no prior issues. After my visit here, I had to return three separate times due to problems caused by their service. During one visit, a cracked filter was installed on my vehicle. Shortly after, my radiator was found to be filled with oil, which was not present before I came to this location. I took my vehicle back to address the issue, but instead of taking responsibility or offering compensation for the damage, the staff refused to help resolve the situation. This has been extremely stressful and disappointing, especially since I trusted this location with my vehicle. I’m sharing this to warn others — please be cautious and double-check all work done here. I expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately, I did not receive it.

Recap, I contacted my fleet as well as enterprise fleet, and they said all you had to do is check the vin number.And this would have all been done, but no, this man is rude and lazy
