I always copied from one car to the next and I did not know it was missed. I had to pay out of pocket. However I was happy that it was not as expensive as I thought! They also offer Afterpay which is wonderful! My original appt was changed due to a medical emergency and they called me right away. Life happens. I hope someone would show me grace if I was in the same position.
