They said that they would call us once the part came in and never called. We ended up calling them after the muffler started hanging again 3 months after they attempted to fix it and told them about the other part that they never called us about. It took us at minimum 3 more visits up there to get the car completely resolved. Wife was with out car for a total of 40 days plus. Owner finally felt bad and gave her a $50 gift card and said that he will send another $50 in the mail due to his techs not documenting correctly but it's been over 3 weeks since we last talked to them and still have not received it.
