- RORobert OrtizDec 9, 20251.0For me to leave a negative comment, there have to be two factors, #1 bad customer services or #2, that the business uses deception to sell a product. The employees who attended me who were multiple , do not know what customer service is, they do not know how to respectfully address a consumer, they were all very rude and very lazy with their answers or help, they lied to me to sell a product, offering some kind of warranty or false information about the product. Then, when I went to the store to complain, nobody knew anything and they could not offer a clear answer to my question, When I returned the next day, I found a different person who did not know or had the correct information either , my conclusion is that these employees are not really there to help the client , I think they are more for their payday . My advice is to stay away from businesses like these, at least I will never support this business again.

- JGJay GNov 15, 20255.0I stopped by this store looking for a specific tool that I needed to replace the struts on my niece's car that I thought needed to be replaced due to a knocking noise I kept hearing. An associate named Luis greeted me when I entered and asked if he could help me. After a brief conversation about my issue, he suggested that I replace the stabilizer bars before replacing the struts. He stated that it was a common issue and it was most likely what the noise was. I took his advice and purchased a pair. So happy that they had them in stock! Anyway, after replacing them, the noise was gone! This advice not only saved me about $350, but hours upon hours of labor!! I cannot tell you how lucky I felt to have met Luis! Truly a kind person with real knowledge and an amazing willingness to share it! The store manager was just as kind and you can tell the entire staff appreciates their customers. Thank you for existing in Apopka!!! 🙏🏻
