  Overall, the service was quick and efficient, I was in and out fast for a simple battery swap, which I really appreciated. The team clearly knows what they’re doing, and I’m thankful to the person who came from the back and helped me quickly during the situation. That said, there was an uncomfortable moment where an employee made me feel like I was the subject of a joke after I mentioned what I do after I was asked, which made the experience awkward. I’d still recommend this location because they are effective and knowledgeable, but personally this will probably be my last visit. Thank you again to the employee who stepped in and helped.

  Bernard Sibley provided excellent customer service at AutoZone. He took the time to help me figure out why my dash lights and radio weren’t working, and he quickly fixed the issue by checking and resetting the fuses. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very kind throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate his help and professionalism. Thank you, Bernard!
