- MMmJan 19, 20261.0David was very rude to me from the second I walked in…I came in and said hello and he responded with “what do you need” in a snappy attitude. I showed him a picture of the part I needed, he snatched the phone from my hands without even letting me know. Then he asked for the make & model of my car…I started telling him but before I could even tell him the year he rudely interrupted me and said “I need the year” looking at me like I was stupid. Later when I was signing up for text updates I was telling him my name and how to spell it, he said “you’re too soft spoken” out of nowhere and with an attitude. I don’t know what happened that day that made him so angry, although he seemed to be fine with the other male customers. But whatever happened there’s no need to take it out on me. He should know better as a grown adult.

- AAAaron AubernDec 7, 20255.0I wanted to give a shoutout to Brian for the outstanding service he gave me. I came in to get my vehicle scanned because it has been doing some weird things lately. Brian asked a few questions on what's been happening and suggested we test the battery. Sure enough, the battery was bad. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining why I've been having these issues and how its related to the battery. We went inside to purchase the battery along with a few other things he suggested and then offered to install the battery. He was very quick in getting it done, but he was very thorough. I was very appreciative that he took the time to clean the leaves and debris around where the battery sits and made sure the connectors were cleaned which he didn't have to do. 5 star service that saved me time and money from going to a repair shop. Its nice to know this store has someone who is knowledgeable in vehicle repairs and is so professional. I will be back.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
