My car suddenly had a mechanical issue and couldn’t move, which was a stressful situation. Fortunately, Davey, one of the employees at the store, stepped in and helped me. He truly went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I could get the help I needed. Davey was professional, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the whole experience. His willingness to help and his positive attitude made a difficult moment much easier for me. I’m truly grateful for his support. People like Davey are the reason customers come back. Thank you to Davey and the team at Advance Auto Parts for such outstanding service.

He kept insisting to buy a new battery which my battery was a 24 and it clealy still had warranty. He denied to check warranty because he wanted me to buy a new battery. What kind of store does that. Never come here. Ps, went another store and wow i had 2 years left on the battery. This issue really needs to be addressed to a manager.
