Buy at your own risk and loss. Bought a mower and kept breaking down. We dropped it to them again and they say they called but did not. They resold mower and when i call they is no voice mail and they say we waited over 30 days so they reaold my mower and tell me to rebuy. Machine did not work. I asked for them to give me equivalent, nope I told them they never called me and they say they called point of contact and did nit have ky number when i am rhe one who bought the mower. Not impressed. They should have called me when not able to reach point of contact. Huge financial loss for me. Do nit recommend them both for quality of work, dishonorable and poor records. Buy at your own risks.

The sign says they work on motorcycles. I took my clean, garage-kept, Suzuki, m109r Boulevard there and needed the fork seals replaced. Left it there for approximately 45 days. (it probably would have gone longer had I not called). I was also told that it was taking long, because he didn't have the right tools, because a friend borrowed them. After 45 days, I called them. (I was told on that day, that they were putting it back together that day and that I could come and pick it up). $300.00 for an oil change. Oil was still a dark caramel color. Was told the oil was extremely black. (I have never run my bike until it was black). Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I let that slide. $600.00 for fork seal replacement. I got it home took it for a 5 mile test ride and both sides were still leaking. Took it back for another, approximate, 45 days. After having to call them to see if it was done, I was told that it had been done and that I was not notified because he figured I was busy and and that I would contact them, when I was ready to pick up the motorcycle. both right and left forks, were still leaking. I called to discuss the matter, spoke to a female who said she would have someone call me back. I never got a response, so I felt like I was being ignored. Of course, after all this, I'm skeptical about leaving the bike there another minute. So, I took it to another mechanic who specializes in motorcycles and works on nothing but motorcycles. That mechanic told me that the dust covers were never changed and looked old and dry. I was also told that the inside of the tubes were buggered up a lit bit. He explained to me that if you don't have the proper tools that you can mess things up.( I never told this mechanic that J and J didn't have the tool). I also had to replace the fork caps due to being worn to the point that it couldn't be loosened or tightened. So after the 3rd repair and $600.00 later, the right side was still leaking. The motorcycle mechanic explained, that it was messed up and would redo it free of charge, but that I would need to replace the forks all together or just the one that was leaking. I confronted the lawn mower mechanic in reference to all the above and his answer is that the forks were probable bent, due to it being dropped on a slow, left turn. (highway bars did do there job). They were NOT bent. I have a touch of OCD, and would have known if they were bent. And if they were bent, he didn't say anything about it. The motorcycle mechanic says they were on his work table and rolled straight as arrow. To wrap this up, I thought about small claims court to get some compensation. Was hoping that J and J would take some responsibility, but instead had more excuses. I take this as a costly learning experience and to warn motorcyclists of this business. The guy was nice, but business is business. He specializes in lawn mower, not motorcycles.

I spoke to them around noon about my mower; they came to get it that evening. They had it fixed the next day, and returned it the following day at my convenience. The best service and MOST reasonable prices out there. All businesses should learn from this kind of customer service and integrity. I also happened to mention my laptop was inoperable during our exchanges. They mentioned one of the Js could consult on the problem. They were able to resolve the problem for me without having to buy a new computer (a huge expense). I’m not sure there isn’t anything they cannot help with repairing. A gift if you are needing help with machines!
