  Cruz at Valvoline provided an amazing experience from start to finish. She has outstanding customer service and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated since car maintenance can sometimes be confusing. She checked and filled up all my tires, and completed my oil change efficiently, and made sure everything was right. What stood out the most was how fast the service was I wasn’t waiting around for hours like at other places. Even though she worked quickly, she still paid attention to detail and made sure I understood what was being done to my car.

  This location is wonderful! Always a great crew that is knowledgeable and helpful. As a woman it’s nice to have a place to go where I’m treated respectfully. It’s great to see CRUZ back!!! Definitely a huge asset to this location and the company! Always greeted with a huge smile and friendly demeanor. Thank you CRUZ for always giving your best! I would definitely recommend her and the Altamonte location. Keep up the great job Valvoline crew!

  I had a great experience getting my oil changed. My technician, Cruz, was very polite, friendly and knew what she was doing. Because of my high mileage she recommended something to add to my fuel. I noted better performance with my engine when accelerating the following days. It didn’t try to sputter a little when I needed to accelerate quickly to merge onto 417. She also told me I had an oil leak and recommended a product to seal the small leaks. Thank you Cruz for the great service!! A+

  I've been coming to Valvoline for years, but my recent visit at the Altamonte Springs location was truly unlike any other. Cruz was hands-down the most helpful technician I have ever encountered. She walked me through every single step of the process — something no one has ever taken the time to do before. She was courteous, patient, and explained everything in terms I could actually understand. That kind of service is rare and it does not go unnoticed. Cruz is an absolute asset to this team. I will be back, and I'll be asking for her by name!

  I had a really good experience getting my oil change here. Gigi was absolutely outstanding with customer service—super friendly, attentive, and made the whole process feel smooth and easy from start to finish. She really stood out and made a great impression. Ryan handled my oil change and got everything done efficiently. I appreciated how quick and straightforward the service was. Gustavo and Dex were great too! Overall, I’d definitely come back, especially because of Gigi’s excellent customer service!
