  This location is wonderful! Always a great crew that is knowledgeable and helpful. As a woman it’s nice to have a place to go where I’m treated respectfully. It’s great to see CRUZ back!!! Definitely a huge asset to this location and the company! Always greeted with a huge smile and friendly demeanor. Thank you CRUZ for always giving your best! I would definitely recommend her and the Altamonte location. Keep up the great job Valvoline crew!

  Thank you for bringing the ladies back Cruz and Shane are amazing with the rest of the staff Cruz was very knowledgeable of the job and the things I need done on truck thank you Cruz for just caring and Shane keep on smiling the staff was very nice as well very professional

  I go to Valvoline all the time. It's the only place I get my oil changed. This time I pulled into their parking lot to go to The Vape shop nearby like I normally do. When I got out of my car I was approached by three aggressive Valvoline employees upset that I parked in the same parking spot I always Park in. I was only going to be a minute in the vape shop but they insisted that I move my car. So I did but I was accosted verbally the whole time for parking in a spot that I shouldn't have even though i do every other time. After I moved my car I went in and did everything I needed to in The Vape shop and when I came out that parking spot was still empty. I can understand not parking in a specific spot and having to move but the verbal assault that accompanied the request was completely unnecessary. The approach is what turned the whole thing into a situation when it could have just been a request. It was aggressive from the start and I had three employees yelling at me as I drove away. Doesn't look good out on Valvoline if those are the type of people they hire. Physical threats were made as well.

  I’ve been going there a long time, but it has gone downhill. ‘Service advisor‘ takes brief look at my wiper blades and says they need replacing. I inform him I just changed them a week ago. The guy then surprisingly disappears. The next time the ‘service advisor’ tells me my truck is extremely low on oil and recommends I go to a mechanic immediately and offers to put in a quart of oil so I can get there. I decline and drive home. I measure it and it’s full. The guy clearly doesn’t know how to read a dipstick. Crooked and pathetic. Never will go there again!
