  Purchased the PLATINUM. Car wash monthly program. Harold the Manager there is phenomenal,. Very customer service oriented simply a pleasure to speak with. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

  I’ve had the unlimited service at Mr Car Wash until today. Unfortunately, because of the manager’s response, they’ve lost an entire family of customers. I came to wash my wife’s car and wanted to get the Titanium Exterior service. I saw the price of $19.99 on the screen, which is clearly the monthly membership price they advertise. The employee never mentioned that a single wash actually costs $26, which is $7 more. These aggressive sales tactics only end up losing customers. Very poor customer service.

  Went in today for a quick wash but Briana told me there was a 50% promotion this month for membership. She was polite and informative, not pushy at all. I signed up for the base wash for $11.49.

  Decent car wash but the lady helping out with payment just makes snarky comments about your car's cleanliness if you don't buy the membership or upgrade to something more expensive than the basic car wash. Needs to learn to keep their mouth shut and let people just get the car wash they want

  Outstanding service and an excellent car wash experience. One of the female team members was exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the wash process in detail, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly top-tier customer service -:10/10
