  if i could give this location 0 stars I would. and its not because of the speed of service, the quality of the oil or the of attentiveness of staff, its because of how poorly the manager, TONY, treated me and how he spoke to me with a complete lack of respect and concern. to make a long story short, I was double charged for an oil change. this is due to the mistake of one of the technicians thinking the portable point of sale was broken. this associate assured the charge would fall off. unfortunately it didn’t, and it was paid for with my debit card, so on christmas eve, i had to spend 40 mins on the phone with my bank attempting to dispute the charge that had already posted and money already taken from my checking account. then i had to call the merchant. that’s when i had an encounter with TONY. I don’t need to give specifics of our phone call, but I was spoken to in a tone of voice that was was absolutely out of line and uncalled for. Tony lacks patience, professionalism and empathy. he has absolutely NO business in a managerial position. for all the unnecessary time, stress and energy i put into 4 phone calls totaling 72 minutes on christmas eve in addition to being made to feel like a nuisance an inferior human being by the store manager, i give this business location 1 star. DO NOT RECOMMEND

  I do Uber and am in at least twice a month for several years now and several cars. Nathan and the rest of the guys and gals are always friendly and courteous. Wish Valvoline had a frequent customer discount available to your customers.

  I came one afternoon ( 11/22/2025) [approximately 4:20- 4:48pm. ] After a long day of work because my coolant temp was running hot. I was planning on flushing out the system my self however I don't have time and thought I would use valvoline to get it done to save me time. The machine they used does not flush the system with a cleaner or water. They simply empty old coolant and put in new coolant... So far the system is running as it should however I would have liked a traditional flush.. but that's not the issue. The issue is that a couple days after the service I read the invoice and the invoice comments states: "Additives noticed inside coolant reservoir Possible headgasket leak Coolant reservoir is dirty Oil inside cooling system" I was not told to my face directly of these issues.. if it had been told me before the service I would have declined the treatment especially with oil in the the coolant!..and what's more after speaking with them over the phone one of the Reps told me that the service technicians DID tell me of these issues. THATS NOT TRUE. I am not a shiesty customer looking for a refund. Matter fact the truck has not overheated since the service which is a blessing. But the lack of transparency has me bewildered. I know I'm gonna have to flush it myself pretty soon and figure out how to stop the oil leak into my coolant..which was never communicated! And then for them to lie and say they DID tell me? That's not right.. I'm looking at CSR Christian, topside Andrew bottom side Alex. If you made a mistake just own up to it I understand how this all works you got to cover your ass ( CYA) they documented these problems so they not liable to reservice or give a refund my hands are tied there.. but don't make me out to be dishonest thats wrong. I really was short on time and needed my car serviced. Im student in trade school..I live by my self and work 40 hours just to keep a stable living. I'm no different than anybody else So expect to be treated with some kind of respect..The issues stated in the comment sections should have been voiced to me directly. I sat in the truck the whole time! My trust is forever hindered and broken with valvoline as a whole. I apologize for the length of this message. But thank you for reading. -Jordan Williams
