I had purchased my tires from here a year ago, ran over a nail and bought it in. I drive children around so safety is a huge concern and the guys here always make sure everything is taken care of. - NMNikia MimsDec 31, 20255.0I’ve been having to put air in my tire twice a day for a few days. I was unable to get a new one due to the holidays and work. I pulled in to tire kingdom without an appointment at 7:45 am. They normally open at 8. I was greeted by a very polite gentleman and explained the trouble I was experiencing. He assured me not to worry, took my information, asked for the keys and told me he’d give me a call when it was ready. I went on to work. Received the call to say it was ready and was informed of other maintenance needs. I was told the repair for today would be $30. I arrived to pick it up and pay. The guy checked me out and said your repair today is no charge. I was so happy and surprised. That made my day. It was such a nice gesture and on New Year’s Eve. I want to thank Nate and Daniel so much for helping me out. It’s hard enough nowadays with the cost of everything being so expensive, a little kindness goes along way. This is the kind of place that feels like family when you’re actually taking care of business. I’m so glad I decided to pull into their parking lot this morning. This was nothing short of a blessing. I appreciate you guys for taking care of me, you have gained a long term loyal customer. Bless you both.
