We live in the Winter Garden area, and this van is the only mode of transportation for our family. Sergey not only took the time to come to our home so I didn’t have to drive it anywhere, but he also fixed the window quickly and with great care. Even more impressive, Sergey recognized that the regulator provided by the manufacturer wasn’t right, so he came back two days later with the correct part and replaced it for us again. I truly can’t thank Sergey enough for going above and beyond. His level of service, professionalism, and genuine care is something we need more of in this world. This business is incredibly lucky to have Sergey—he’s proof that there are still really good people out there. This is the only place we’ll use moving forward.
