I took my vehicle for windshield replacement through Geico, and had a really good experience here and highly recommend Safelite at Altamonte Springs. Brian was my technician, very polite and nice person, he patiently listened to my problem and then thoroughly explained the issue to me and what could have caused it. He took my car and in less than two hours everything was ready, and the camera and everything else were calibrated ready to go. When I came for pick up, he walked me to the car, explained everything he did for the vehicle, clearly explained the lifetime and limited warranty on the new glass, provided clear instructions on preventive care for the first few weeks and then I was on my way out. The whole experience from booking, to visiting, receiving the service, and picking up was so pleasant for me, and I believe the main reason of that was due to the very friendly, professional and nice staff who are helping customers here at this branch. Thank you all for the great work, 5-STAR PEOPLE!

The day of appointment the tech stated they probably could not complete the recalibration. I signed a waiver when I picked it up that they did not complete it. They charged me for it and still have not refunded me. Take your vehicle some place else.

Tried calling multiple times to confirm they were able to do the replacement, unfortunately there is no way to call and speak to a representative, just an endless phone tree. On my way to the appointment I get a call from the shop saying they don’t have the glass in stock, they don’t know why nobody told me until now, or why nobody it ordered in time, and of course there is no manager available to speak.
