  Penske came in clutch after there was a slight misunderstanding and I got a 22’ truck instead of a 26’ one after making a reservation the week prior. Apparently the bigger trucks are on a “when available” basis, but I wasn’t prepared for that possibility. (Just know that, going in). I should have called personally when picking the truck up but there wasn’t time when the moving team was already waiting at my house. I mentioned it to the regional director (I think) after we returned the truck. We move every two years and Penske had never let us down before. In that moment, he did his best to recompense the multiple trips our family was prepared to do with our little car. I almost didn’t think it would help without our moving team, but I’m so glad we were given another small truck to finish the job at a reasonable discount. This location specifically, was clean, safe, and the staff were kind and thorough!

  Went in today with a problem on a rental I'd reserved on Friday. The woman at the desk said she was brand new and she had zero idea how to help me, she did not offer to call a manager to help fix the problem and accused me of.being rude when I asked her for further help. She ended up cussing at me as I left the store. Don't rent from them, they have zero clue what's going on and apparently hire anyone who can fog up a mirror. I did call corporate and they did fix my problem. But don't put a bitter person with no experience at your front desk. I understand when someone is new, but rudeness? Bad customer service.

  Someone named Archie helped me book my truck & he was amazing ! I highly recommend going with Penske rentals. Archie was amazing with saving me some money & getting the truck I needed within budget. Archie needs a raise ! He was so patient & helpful which was so appreciated. (Archie you’re awesome ) I was back & forth trying to find a deal on the best truck rental place & Archie did awesome with helping me stick with Penske & getting me the best deal ! Can’t wait to get my truck for the long trip ahead of me & I couldn’t have done it without Archie & Ofcourse Penske !
