  AWESOME experience! That's the best way to describe my Penske truck rental for my move last weekend. The vehicles are so clean and well maintained. The have rear backing cameras inside of the rear view mirror, and electric windows & locks. This is LUXURY‼️😆 But the best part of the entire experience is the people you will meet as your service providers. Christian is an awesome guy that cared enough to call me, to tell me that he retrieved my SunPass from the rental vehicle. I was able to pick it up. Finally the prices of Penske rentals and accessories are very reasonable and competitive. A GREAT DEAL all around. 10/10

  Super easy to book online. Friendly staff at Home Depot with simple checkin process. Drop key return. One price for up to 3 days so you don't feel rushed... and cheaper than UHaul. For me, it'll be Penske over UHaul from now on!

  I have dealt with other Rental companies in the past and felt like another #. So I called Penske in Lady Lake for the first time and it was completely different. Miss Dana was a sweetheart, knowledgeable and professional. She took the time explaining all my options with prices and didn't rush the transaction. Because of Dana , they have earned a customer for life. If you need a van or truck , visit this branch. For me, its worth the extra 45 min drive! 5 Stars!

  Went in today with a problem on a rental I'd reserved on Friday. The woman at the desk said she was brand new and she had zero idea how to help me, she did not offer to call a manager to help fix the problem and accused me of.being rude when I asked her for further help. She ended up cussing at me as I left the store. Don't rent from them, they have zero clue what's going on and apparently hire anyone who can fog up a mirror. I did call corporate and they did fix my problem. But don't put a bitter person with no experience at your front desk. I understand when someone is new, but rudeness? Bad customer service.

  Someone named Archie helped me book my truck & he was amazing ! I highly recommend going with Penske rentals. Archie was amazing with saving me some money & getting the truck I needed within budget. Archie needs a raise ! He was so patient & helpful which was so appreciated. (Archie you’re awesome ) I was back & forth trying to find a deal on the best truck rental place & Archie did awesome with helping me stick with Penske & getting me the best deal ! Can’t wait to get my truck for the long trip ahead of me & I couldn’t have done it without Archie & Ofcourse Penske !
