I hate the fact that they make you get out the car , and I won’t be back to this location ever again or a jiffy lube!! I’m in the process of trying to get my money back from them.

The manager seemed frustrated and impatient while talking to me and he seemed to me that he didn’t want to be informative with me as I was a customer asking him questions about the service I was looking to get. My car is still doing the same thing it was doing before I paid $119.99 for a tire balance there today. When I go to the Jiffy Lube on W Colonial and I am greeted and treated fairly by the store manager who goes by the name Carlo. At W Colonial location it’s a completely different and satisfying experience there. At Carlos’ location I am ensured visually that my car is getting the service that I’m paying for. The Jiffy Lube in Altamonte has very poor customer service. I went to W Colonial yesterday and Altamonte today and have store receipts from both to prove it.

I asked the man if he could turn my traction light off to see if it would come on again, but wanted $139 for diagnostic check before doing anything. I was going to do it anyway if resetting the light didn’t work but the man didn’t want to anything without paying first. I went home, left my car for a bit and came back to check and see if the lights were still on, but found that it turned off. So basically I would’ve paid $139 just for them to turn a light off. If he had shown a little more hospitality with the trac light, I would’ve gave him something for even that. But I would recommend going to an independent mechanic or somewhere out of the city because the Orlando area is not the place. They over price too much here.
