Came in for a simple oil change, they had it done in less than 15 minutes. Price was as expected. When I asked about it, they said it was standard and all shops are charging for it, which I don’t think is true. Jiffy Lube advertises an oil change for a set price that does not include this fee. Adding on junk fees and trying to nickel and dime you at the point of service is irritating and not good business.

It was early but the young man was very cordial. I went to the waiting room which was comfortable. The tall,older man looked the history of the previous services. He let me know the oil that was used last time. He told me it would take30 minutes. I sat down. Then a woman came to talk about the things wrong with car. I felt like oh boy here it comes. I knew the brakes had been squeaking for a while. I needed new brake pads. She told me the break pads were beyond low. She gave me her recommendation and let me know what my options were. She was great. She explained in detail what was going on with the brakes. This was going to take 45 minutes. In total I was there only 2 hours. I was probably there less than 2 hours. My experience was fantastic. The cost of services was reasonable. The customer was great. The location was easy to get to. I would recommend ppl to use this location. I saw a distraught college student come in because her check engine light was on but the staff helped her. The reassured her that they would find the problem. They treated her great. They treated me great. I was glad I made the choice to come to the Altmonte springs location.
