  If 2 people aren’t working the front of the wash you only get half your car brushed. My tires were very dirty. I only got 2 cleaned.

  Recently signed up for the one month promotion. Their brushes scratched up my car and chipped my windshield. I’m guessing they don’t maintenance and clean their brushes thoroughly. Also employees do a half behind job pre-washing the vehicle. Lesson learned, but I just want other people to be aware

  Manager Francis was very helpful today and professional. Also Employee Tyson. A part came off my vehicle. Francis secured the missing part, cleaned it and placed it back onto my vehicle. I call this excellent service...Over and beyond. Because of this, I had to do this review. I get my car cleaned weekly and the service is always 5🌟 !!!!!

  I’ve had a membership here for months, and the whole point is supposed to be convenience. You’re supposed to just pull up, the system reads your plate, and you get through the wash without sitting there forever. That’s literally why I pay for it. But lately it’s been the complete opposite. Every single time I come, someone who clearly isn’t a member is blocking the member-only lane. It backs everything up, wastes my time, and completely defeats the purpose of even having a membership. It’s honestly infuriating. What’s the point of having a “member-only” lane if anyone can just sit in it and hold everyone up? Either enforce it or get rid of it, because right now it’s pointless.

  During a wash there was major damage to our running boards and we were stuck and could not move off the belt moving us. Per their policy very little they are at fault for but when we could not move out of the tunnel there was no safety in place to stop things and the vehicles kept moving and the vehicle behind us hit the back of ours causing more damage now to the back of our vehicle. Which should be on the car wash company. They eventually got us unstuck and everyone out and the vehicle behind us drove off and not one employee came out to check on things. We pulled around and took pictures and waited to see what to do but every employee went back to their places and moved on like nothing happened. It wasnt until we went in and asked for a report to be done that someone came out to do a report form and for the most part we drove the conversation and questions because it didn't seem like anyone knew what to do. I am disappointed that something like that can happen and not one person from the car wash checked on anything after. Sadly can't recommend anymore.
