  That was the fastest and the kindest service I've ever experienced at any auto shop! I came in on my lunch break and needed to have my tire fixed before I needed to get back to my student. They didnt complain about being rushed or tell me it was impossible. Kerrie (the receptionist i think) simply spoke to the guys, Chris got my keys and said they would try their best to get me back to work as quick as possible. I was preparing to have to call the office to say I was running late but I didnt need to. My tire was fixed and I was able to return to work without consequence. Thank you guys!! You made a hard day, much better.

  I got a flat running an errand. It happen to be across the street from Mavis tire but it was a little after 6 o’clock. They were closed, but Chris told me it was no problem if I could get my car to him 15-20 minutes that he will take care of me. They were super quick and professional and I left there in under 30 minutes with two new tires on my car for under $300! I will definitely be going back to Mavis again. Thank you

  This is long overdue, but this shop is fantastic. A few months ago, I was driving to Lake City and discovered my vehicle's undercarriage dragging on the road. I was a little panicked and not sure what to do. Luckily, I was fairly close to the Alachua exit and took my car to Mavis. I had no appointment and no expectations that I could be helped, especially not immediately. However, Christopher was kind, quick to check things out and got me back on the road within the hour. He made a stressful situation stress-free. This will be my new go-to auto shop. Highly recommend.

  Kerrie at Mavis Tired and Brakes at the Alachua location has been fantastic to work with. She was able to squeeze us in on a Sunday afternoon when we called her. We ran over a nail on a highway and we were 400 miles away from home. They were able to replaced 2 new tires and we were there for about one and half hours. The staffs are all wonderful and very professional. I am highly recommend.them. Thank you 🙏 for all your.

  Chris lied directly to my face. I went in for an oil change, they recommended several other corrections, one of which was the cabin air filter. I declined everything but the oil change. After I left I discovered that the filter cap had been left on the floorboard. I called and explained what happened and Chris (?) told me to come back in and they would put the cap back on. I returned and asked if the filter had been removed and not replaced. He assured me the old filter was still there. I had already ascertained that the filter was not there, he just confirmed that I could not trust them and I won't have them work on my vehicle again.
