  Went to this Mavis in Alachua today because a friend referred them. My friend said he took his antique car there a few weeks ago and the Mavis team was tremendously careful with his vehicle. I can’t say enough about the customer service there. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was driving safely. I had some particular issues that took some time and strategy, and the Mavis team was super conscientious and patient about my concerns, and they even repaired a few minor issues without charging me. I’ll be taking my vehicle there from now on and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and everyone else.

  Called to have my Tundra serviced. They were able to get me in because they were not very busy. I think I know now why. They were going to change the oil and rotate the tires. While in the waiting room all I heard was a loud bass sound that was annoying. The kind of sound that you hear from the car at the redlight. I asked the attendant where is the bass sound coming from and he asked if it was bothering me. He pulled out his phone flippantly and turned it down somewhat but you could still hear the aggravating sound. I may be wrong, but he could care less if the bass sound was bothering the 4 people in the waiting room.

  Today I give mavis tire and break in alchua florida 5 stars I wish I could give them more especially with fact of me having my kids with me today when stopping in to get an oil change done. When Chris and the team noticed that they couldn't lift my truck up with the yellow lifting things. They were about to do the oil change on ground level but instead they had a ramp thing that they said they would use to get the oil change done. I know that my kids were being somewhat loud and all when playing while waiting for the oil change to get done and everytime I apologized for it they said it was alright that they understood. They have a little kids play area there for kids to play with some toys while vehicles are being taken care of for people. Chris did my oil change today. And with all the hecticness of my truck not being able to be lifted up and having to go on the ramp instead. And yes it took a bit. But I appreciate Chris and the labor he did doing the oil change. God bless him . And god bless the rest of his team too. I work at whistle express and have had plenty of times where things got hectic up there even. I wish there was a way I could give Chris 10 stars for the service as well as mavis tire and break 10 stars too I will definitely be coming for all new tires next year as well as other things at some point that there able to do.

  I was just in here today and had an amazing experience . I told the men here that I had a leak in my truck tire for awhile but cannot afford all new tires right yet and if there was any way that they could repair the one with the leak. Izon was the one who figured out where my truck tire was leaking from and repaired it in bout 45 mins total I was in rush to get my kids from bus. And he was let known of that. And even with that being said. He figured out the problem and fixed it for me in just the right amount of time that I made it in time to get my kids even. God bless izon and all the men and women who work here. I will forever be grateful for them as well as when tax season comes up I will definitely be stopping back in to get all my tires replaced. I work at whistle express in alachua. So for them to be able to get the job done that fast. I appreciated it so much. They get 5 stars. If I had a choice to do greater I would give them 10 stars 🌟 🤩

  READ ME: I stopped by Mavis Tire and Brake because I thought I might be having some coolant system trouble, and Adriana was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to listen, explain what might be going on, and made sure everything was checked properly. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and kind—she really made the experience stress-free. Thanks to Adriana and the team for the great service!
