  10/10 I highly recommend I had to postpone getting things done on my car because the money wasn't there at the time. This gave me a lot of anxiety about going in there. Orion, Cortize & Mark helped me get everything done faster than any car service I've used in my 12 years of owning cars. Sadly my car is a mess right now, And No one made me feel uncomfortable or judged. They only cared about answering all my questions and making sure they covered all the bases and they did! They went above and beyond, they communicated clearly And I will definitely be using them in the future. I Highly recommend them. But you don't have to take my word for it. Stop by for your next oil change.👍

  I would like to shout from the rooftop the excellent service i received today!!!! Dior (assistant manager), Joe, Iris, Deon gave excellent service. Everyone, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was in and out in excellent time even with multiple services completed. I highly recommend Valvoline on Kirckwood hwy

  Excellent service by all team members and performed as fast as a NASCAR pit-stop. Mr. Dior went far and beyond with detailed service, discounts and is very knowledgeable about vehicles in general. Ms. Iris is kind, helpful and made me feel welcome. Ornar also helped me through the steps and loves my car. They performed as instructed: radiator flush service, full-synthetic oil change (5w30 Valvoline Restore & Protect) & filter, wiper fluid refill and powersteering flush among other checks.   Wow! I was so impressed! This is my first time trying Valvoline. I did not know you sit in your car during the service. You drive over a hole in the floor and the oil change takes place by someone standing underground! I had an oil change, transmission fluid change, tire rotation, engine filter and cabin filter changed. The service technicians all work together like one amazing team! I will definitely be taking my cars here for oil changes from now on. They are also very reasonably priced!

  This place is freaking awesome. I got the pleasure of meeting Iris. She helped me through the whole process. Derek worked on my car he was super helpful and kind. Everybody was very patient And willing to teach me about my car and what I’m gonna need on the upcoming visit. I definitely recommend this place to future customers. Iris found me a discount. Their prices are shown compared to other garages And mechanics. I didn’t have to get out of my car. I didn’t have to wait long. I pulled right in and they took care of me. And my car is working fantastic. No more lag in acceleration. So they changed my oil and they flushed my coolant. Very important things especially the coolant after a long winner of using the heater. Then what’s awesome is the supervisor came and double checked my cars engine introduced himself to me before I left.
