- SAShamsul Alam4 days ago1.0Pretty bad experience, sat their for 6 hours, could have left and came back yes, but it was just tire installation, not even alignments. Sat there, the least they could do is just acknowledge, give some updates, absolutely nothing. I am a civil person, so didnt show my frustration, I regret wasting huge amount of my time on a rare saturday. I blame myself more then anything. 1 star goes for me too for making this bad decision going with this location, and being too nice. Never again.

- FFfuzzup123Apr 6, 20261.0On 2/27/26 I went here to get new tires a balance and a wheel alignment and not even 30 days later my car began shaking and pulling all the way to the right. I brought it into a different Mavis where they explained to me the brand new tires were not balanced and the wheel alignment was not correct. Completely wasted my time and money! Will never return to this location again or recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! I had to have this new location remove my tires and completely do the process all over again! (The picture below shows the balancing weight on the left side the new one and the one on the right was the one left from this location)
