Told the manager that the drain plug and the refill plug was under the car (Cadillac CTS) and he insisted that he looked in the engine bay for access to the refill port. They promote a 15 minute oil change which is good for busy people.

I was in and out in 15 mins and left feeling feeling very happy about my experience and that with they're careful guidance I had quickly taken care of my wife's daily drive Acura. Im bringing in my F150 this week!
