    I've been using this location for the last couple of years and have always had a positive experience. Staff are very professional and customer service friendly. They take their time explaining all options and recommendations. They do not apply pressure about any purchases. The one thing that I've personally experienced when I've visited and had the same technician they make you feel like a valued returning customer.

    After waiting in line for over 45 minutes I was immediately pressured in to synthetic oil for my high mileage car. I’ve owned the car since it was new in 2011 and it has 320,000. I’ve never used synthetic before and wasn’t going to start today (for twice the price). After arguing with the person he then switched to trying to sell me a trans and coolant flush for over $300 (also aggressively). That was after the air filter sales pitch. I can buy 4 of those air filters on Amazon for the cost of one from them. I didn’t appreciate the hostile approach he took toward me and how I maintain my car. I won’t be returning. I can be in and out of jiffy lube in less than 15 minutes, without the high pressure sales.

From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and treated me and my vehicle with great respect. It’s rare these days to find such genuine customer care and attention to detail, and I truly appreciate how seamless and positive the entire experience was. I left feeling confident in their work and very happy to recommend this location to others.

    Had a great experience as a first time customer. I arrived about an hour before close and all the bays were full with one car behind. The oil changes in front of me were quick and efficient. I was greeted by an a friendly, enthusiastic employee who got my service started. He handed me off to another employee who was just as nice. Service was quick and efficient and I was out the door in no time. Will come back.

    Since this location opened I have been going on a regular basis. I've spent hundreds of dollars there. Last time I went they recommended I need a new cabin filter. It is located in the glove compartment. It took the person a minute to access and show me the dirty filter. There price was $60.00 for a new filter which I thought seemed high. I did a little research and found a new one for $20.00. Since Valvoline detected the issue I stopped by to simply ask them how can I get access to the filter. Easy question correct? I am a white male senior citizen. When I stopped by one employee asked me to move to a certain area and he would assist me at no charge. Shortly after another person comes over to me and said I would have to pay $9.00 for him spending less than 5 minutes to show me not do it. That was a very terrible customer service experience I've ever had. I'll never go back there and tell others of my experience. I don't think I was asking anyone to do anything difficult. It's called providing good customer service to your regular customers. Enough said.
