Our sales rep, John Mason, greeted us as soon as we arrived and was well prepared to answer all of our questions. Better yet, he was very friendly and not pressuring at all. Once we struck a deal, John guided us through the buying process until he handed us off to Jim Waters to complete the paperwork. Jim was equally as friendly and helpful. While Jim arranged for financing and the completion of forms, John made sure our car was ready and clean as could be. Buying a car can be a pain but not in this case. Union Park exceeded our expectations on every front. It's our second car purchased from this dealer and I'm certain we'll go back in the future. Highly recommended!
