On Saturday, I spoke with a salesperson named Mark, who told me Saturday was not a good day for sales and scheduled my appointment for Monday at 10:30 AM, even though the dealership opens at 9:30 AM. Because of this appointment, I took time off work and left my home at 9:00 AM, which is about 80 minutes away, to be there on time. While I was on my way, Mark even called me to ask if I was coming, and I confirmed that I was. When I arrived, before I was even allowed to walk inside, I was told that the exact car I had an appointment for and had agreed on was already sold. There was no apology, and Mark immediately started helping another customer who had been scheduled at the same time as me. Later, another salesperson—who didn’t even know my name, what model I was looking for, or why I was there—asked if I wanted to look at other cars. I don’t blame that salesperson, but the overall situation was extremely disrespectful. To make things worse, while standing inside the dealership, I called about the listing for the “sold” car, and I was told that the vehicle was still available and listed as for sale. That says a lot about how this dealership operates. After this level of disrespect, I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership even if they offered me one for free. Trying to sell me a brand-new car afterward as if nothing had happened was also incredibly rude. This dealership left a very bad impression. After reading reviews later, I realized that there are already many negative comments about Mark, which was a lesson for me. From now on, I will only work with dealerships that have transparent and respectful customer service. I strongly recommend that others do NOT step foot in this dealership. They don’t deserve even one star.
