This week I purchased gas at this Sunoco. The "systems were down" so I could not get a receipt for my corporate credit card gas purchase. I called today and told them I needed a copy of the receipt/ record of the transaction. The person on the phone immediately began yelling at me saying I should have got the receipt that day and they don't keep records of the transactions past 12a every day, which makes absolutely no sense. I tried calming the person down telling them how if they got paid for the gas purchase via a credit card there should be record of it. There was no stopping that guy so I ended the conversation. I strongly suggest you avoid this place if possible.

Horrible horrible horrible! Their pumps are deff rigged. My pump kept fueling even after my tank was full. Gas was literally spilling out of my gas tank and the number being charged to my card kept going up. It took me a few seconds to get the hose out, it just wouldn’t budge!! After speaking with the clerk, he bluntly stated that it was my fault for not paying attention, not even considering the fact that the hose was malfunctioning. I drive a Kia SUV and my card fills up with about $40. $77 is what was charged to my card!!!!!!! They refused to issue a refund for the difference, since it was “MY” fault. I have contacted my bank and they will be filing a dispute. In the meantime, I will be calling corporate. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life.

Their pumps are rigged so they can profit more. My gf's car has a 13.2 gallon tank. Her empty light wasn't even on when she went to fill up there this morning. The pump stopped at 13.3 gallons. When she went in to let them know their pump may be malfunctioning they became super defensive and basically called her a liar before she gave them the finger and walked out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We'll be calling Sunoco Corporate as well to file a complaint.

What kind of gas station doesn't let you use the bathroom!? The idiot clerk told me to go to the McDonald's down the road. Should have peed in front of the store. Don't stop here for gas. You're better off filling up elsewhere.
