Scheduling was easy at first, but my Monday appointment was canceled because the glass wasn’t on the truck and rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday, communication was poor and the technician arrived after 5:50 PM, outside the 12–5 PM window, and asked if I could provide lighting to complete the job. During the replacement, the paint on my hatch was scratched, and broken glass was not properly cleaned up. I was told I could sweep it up myself or into the street. I was quoted 60–90 minutes for the job, yet it was completed much faster, and the next day I could hear broken glass moving inside the hatch and found glass in the back seat. Between the delays, damage, and incomplete cleanup, this was not acceptable and did not meet professional standards. Glad I was able to put in a claim through my insurance and not pay out of pocket. I would never pay out of pocket for this type of service.
