  Absolutely the Worst Car Rental Experience Ever This was hands down the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived—no one was at the office. Not a single employee in sight. We tried calling customer service multiple times, and of course, no one picked up. We were left stranded and completely screwed over, with zero support, no vehicle, and no explanation. This is beyond unacceptable. I will never use this company again, and I will make sure to warn everyone I know to stay far away. If you value your time, money, or sanity—avoid this company at all costs.

  I have been an executive elite member for years. i rented from national as i always do for a business trip and used the express services once i reported their was a little dent in the lift gate by the handle and gave pictures you can see there is no other damage to the back of the vehicle. upon return of the vehicle the attendant stated he had to report it because he got in trouble for not reporting other damages to other vehicles. after i disputed it and sent in the photos they want me to pay over $1000.00 for something the previous renter did. i will never rent from them again even after renting from them for over 15 years.

  About 4 or 5 mos. ago I received outstanding service from two exemplary personnel.The first Lance Mullins assisted me at my arrival. He is a bright, knowledgeable, caring professional. He was an excellent people-person who made you feel like you were his only priority. Cudos to hiring such a top notch individual to represent these companies. No stress, no fuss and five star treatment. Thank you Mr. Mullins for a wonderful experience. This employee deserves a compensatory reward. The second person was Ty Weaver. He jumped right in at my return to prevent me from waiting. He was super personable, enthusiastic and sincere. He drove me home and was a great conversationalist as we discussed the three companies working together. He had keen perceptivity as he described the company's mission, goals along with his respect and appreciation for Enterprise Holdings. Mr. Weaver also displayed a dynamic intellect with logical, forward thinking. He will surely be promoted and quickly advance as he is a great asset to the company. Both of these employees created a fantastic service. Keep up the great work Enterprise Holdings along with a high level of customer dealings and satisfaction. Thanks.
