Super fast turnaround and great service. They didn’t even charge me for the patch. I was able to grab breakfast nearby while they did the work, which made it even better. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for new tires.

I called ahead to make an appointment, but when I arrived at my scheduled time, the front desk told me I “must have scheduled with corporate” because they did not have me in their system. While that was frustrating, it seemed manageable—especially since they agreed to squeeze me in, though they made it clear it was an inconvenience. After leaving the shop, I immediately heard an unusual noise and turned back around. It turned out they had failed to properly reattach part of my vehicle’s undercarriage. The employee at the counter was reluctant to have the vehicle brought back in to correct the issue. Only after I requested a manager did someone step in. The manager handed me a business card with “free oil change” handwritten on the back as compensation. I drive a 10-year-old Kia Sorento and had never experienced brake squeaking prior to this service. From the moment I drove it off their lot, the brakes squeaked at every stop. When I eventually brought the vehicle back to have the issue inspected, the same appointment scheduling problem occurred again. They insisted the squeaking was not related to their work and told me my rear brakes were already at 75% wear—which I find hard to believe given the timing. If you hear a Kia Sorento rolling down Kirkwood Highway with brakes squeaking at every stop, that’s probably me. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to Mavis.
