Got it replaced and they covered the cost since they screwed up but then they proceeded to still charge us for the oil change which wasn't agreed upon since they would already have the pan off anyway,we shouldn't have paid for the oil change. Plus,come to find out one of their techs left their tool in the car from a previous oil change and we don't know how much damage was caused by that. Don't get oil changes done here,just go somewhere else

I walked in, and they took my keys right away and went right to work to remedy the issue! Highly recommend!!
