When I explained that the appointment was for noon and I had taken vacation for this appointment the guy was short with me and acted like he was doing me a favor by moving my appointment to noon. I showed up at noon and they took my truck around 4pm to start the work. I know they didn't take it back earlier because I had my Bluetooth earphones in the entire time I was there and they connected with my truck around 4pm. It's now 4:35pm and I'm finally leaving. So I waited 4 and a half hours to get a 30min job done. I personally think the guy had me sit there for four hours just to be a jerk. I don't think my appt was ever actually moved to noon and the guy knew it. I've been here several times in the past with good service but this will be my last.
