  I would 10/10 recommend buying you cars from here. The people are so genuine and have your best interest at heart. We bought our car from Troy Ross, who went out of way to transfer the car from their sister dealership to their Wilmington location to ensure that it was Here in time and detailed for pick up with a full tank of gas, the paper work process was so smooth for my husband who had a crazy work schedule the day we got the car. Then when we experienced a minor thing with the car we brought it back to the dealership to get checked out by Joe, who went out of his way to go on a drive with us to diagnose it. Then he also worked with his team Rob and Cody to get me a loaner in the mean time while they worked on the car. They went above and beyond with the loaner getting it detailed to ensure we had proper service. If you want a good experience while trying to buy a car. I would highly encourage stopping by Lexus of Wilmington! Where they put their customers first and treat them as they would their family!

  Wish there was a 0 star option. Won’t go into the long and exhausting experiences I have had with this dealership since it changed from Koons, but each one has been worse. I tried to give them another chance during a recent used car purchase, but it was a total mess with 4 different people reaching out with none on the same page. Frustrating as a long term customer I always enjoyed my experiences with this dealership but clearly customer experience has taken a back seat. I love Lexus and plan to buy many more but not here. If you give them a chance I hope your experience is different

  I really wanted to like Lexus of Chester Springs, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. My car was there for two months, and communication throughout that time was very poor. It was not easy to reach anyone, and getting updates felt frustrating and inconsistent. My assigned service advisor, I believe her name was Irena, was completely rude during one of our conversations and even hung up the phone on me, which I found very unprofessional. Jeff, the manager, was pleasant when we initially spoke. However, when I followed up to ask what additional steps could be taken regarding my car radio, he stopped responding altogether. I ultimately had to contact another Lexus location in Haverford to get answers, and once they reached out to him directly, he responded to them right away. That was disappointing and made the lack of communication even more frustrating. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, and I expected much better customer service from a Lexus dealership.

  I had a great experience working with Josh. From the first conversation, he made the whole process feel comfortable and straightforward. He wasn’t pushy or trying to rush me into anything. He actually listened to what I wanted and took the time to make sure I was confident in my decisions of what I was looking for. Josh was honest, transparent, and patient throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Josh made it smooth and easy. I truly appreciate the effort he put in to make sure everything worked out the right way. If you’re going to this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Josh. You’ll be in good hands. He made things clear and concise and made sure I understood everything.

  I gave them a 2nd chance as the 1st time was in 2023 and it was sub par- this time was AWFUL. Received several calls and texts from Patrik and Alex...explained that I wanted a certain number for my trade and was NOT willing to purchase a car with a $5k surcharge as other dealerships are not upcharging the GX. Told me theyd take care of me no worries ( have several back and forth texts telling me this and to ask for Alex when I got there...Drove the hour to get there...Alex - we never saw...a lot of waiting...took my car for appraisal, had me sit in the car I wanted no test driving...came back in more waiting around...I had been there over an hour at this point...the sales manager comes over- still no number on my GX..told them what was said to me and I'm not paying the upcharge...and I'm tired of all the waiting- Alex knew I was coming in- I was there and when I said I'm not sitting around waiting anymore- managers entire attitude changed- still no number on my car....decided to leave...the kid who was working with us took my keys to get my car walked out but stopped to talk with someone so we asked for our keys - went to the back lot where they parked my car ( not returned to the space it was in that was still vacant in front of dealership where I parked it). This purchase would be my 5th lexus...not my 1st rodeo in car buying but I don't have time for games....won't do business here.
