Klaus was the person I dealt with the most, and he is the reason I searched for the rental agency on Google so that I could write this review. Klaus went above and beyond at a time when I had an emergency situation which was the reason for the rental. Klaus adjusted so many aspects of the rental to accomodate my road hazard incident such that both my professional and personal life were almost unaffected by the crazy pothole I hit. There would not be sufficient room to write about everything. Suffice it to say that I am absolutely using Enterprise and this Kirkwood Highway location any time I or any friend or family member needs a rental in Delaware. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
