  100 Philadelphia Pike location will always be the location, that I will go to rent my vehicles from after a great customer Service office experience at that location this weekend. I felt respected, It was the fastest time I took to do paperwork, They are very knowledgeable, They have all the top of the line, luxurious vehicle and the cleanliness of the office/Location.

  I’ve been a customer here (Wilmington-Philadelphia Pike branch) for years and unfortunately I have to write this review. Although my experience is usually pleasant, it’s because I’ve never been an issue for them. This time they rented me a car with previous damage noted (to them) which they did not disclose to me. While driving during a storm the mirror cap blew off and now they are charging me for their faulty repair work. When asked to acknowledge the correlation with the previous work and the problem at hand, they blame me. Nevermind the fact that it was 22mph wind and heavy rain, it’s my fault that the mirror cap blew off while driving. Please use caution when renting here as they will not hold themselves accountable for undisclosed damage and faulty repair work!!!!
