    I received a 2025 Toyota Camry SE Hybrid. It would have been helpful to have staff provide instruction on starting it, and with learning all the bells and whistles. The car was running when I received it. I drove it home, turned it off. A few hours later, went to start it. It made clicking noises, and "maintenance required" appeared on the display. It wouldn't start! I tried calling the rental office. I was on hold for an hour. No one answered. I called my insurance claims adjuster, who connected me with emergency roadside assistance who wanted to charge me $68 to cone out to jump start the car, and stated ETA 74 minutes!! Approx. 5 minutes later, AAA showed up. The AAA guy started the car and showed me that in addition to pressing the brake petal while pressing the start button, I also had to then depress the accelerator petal for the car to start! He told ne to just ignore the maintenance required on the display! He didn't charge me anything because no service was done, but I would have definitely refused to pay an outrageous charge to jump start a rental covered by insurance! A nightmare experience!

    Would give them zero stars. They gave out 2 different cars with issues. This is negligence and lack of inspection safety before lending out cars.

    Had a great experience renting from here. The staff were very helpful. Definitely recommend this location over the amtrack station location.

    Enterprise gets all of my business. They are reasonably priced, cars are always in great shape but it’s the customer service that keeps me coming back !!
