He assisted me over the phone before I arrived, and when I pulled up in the pouring rain to switch out my battery, he responded immediately without hesitation or complaint. His willingness to help, positive attitude, and professionalism truly went above and beyond my expectations. Exceptional customer service like that does not go unnoticed. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier!
