  Don't make an appointment online because they won't honor it and then make you come back way later in the day. Customer service skills are severely lacking as well. Very disappointed customer

  Each time we come here it never fails that the associates are extremely helpful and accommodating and Management is so strong. We know we are getting the best price and we are in great hands for whatever the ask is. If you are going anywhere else for tires or automotive maintenance you are making a mistake!!

  I was told over the phone that my oil change would cost $50. When I got there and they started it, I was told it would cost $133. Because they " had to use synthetic oil". The guys at the shop were very polite. The woman at the call center who told me the original $50 price, whom I called while I was in the shop, was rude and surly. Said I should have known ahead of time I'd need the expensive oil, because I know my car. Unacceptable. I won't be returning.

  We scheduled an appointment for an oil change for 7:30-11am. The car was dropped off at 7:30am. I hadn’t heard anything regarding the car so I called at 12pm to check on the status. I was told that they were “pulling it back now”. My husband and I went to pick up at about 1pm and I was told that it hadn’t been serviced yet. My husband tried to talk to the person at the desk stating that we had an appointment and he didn’t understand why it wasn’t done yet but he wanted the keys back and we would come back another day or go somewhere else. The clerk immediately got defensive stating that they had “waiters” for their cars and that “appointments don’t matter”. Meanwhile, there is no one in the waiting room. We then asked to speak to a manager who was also very defensive and snarky. We have been bringing our vehicles to this location for 7+ years and we have never received this type of attitude or service.

  Booked 2 appointments back to back to replace some customer provided tires. First appointment at 10am, second for 1130am. It's currently 1220pm and I've been told I still have another 30-45min wait. That's 140minutes.... To replace tires, and it's still not done. Just booked my second appointment elsewhere for 2pm, hopefully I finish this first appointment in time to make it to the other business. Did I mention that the second business is mounting all four for $100 less?
