    They drove my car. They messed up sensors and did stuff to get me to try to spend more money there. I don’t think they realized I had A husband who is mechanically inclined. And it’s just so happens my neighbor is a mechanic.

    I just wanted to commend Chad for handling a very uncomfortable incident with class and professionalism today. I had a tire installation appointment this evening, and an incident was in the process of occurring, and Chad stepped in and brought normalcy to the store in no time flat. Plus, his installer was very quick and efficient. Thanks again for your efforts, Chad, and I will definitely be back soon.

    A little disappointed that I was given the higher oil change when I requested the $49.99 oil change. Perhaps they did the higher because of the type of car I had. It would have been nice to have known ahead of time.

    Made a 730 appointment through the call center. Come to find out the tech doesn't show up til 8 and then to top it off the lift was broken so they couldn't help at all. Amateur hour and should be an embarrassment to them, but I doubt anyone cares.
