    The new Manager Jerry took great care of me and gave me multiple options for tires on my car. Not only that, but they got me in same day and had the car done within an hour of dropping it off! Highly recommend using Mr Tire Smyrna!

    Thank you to Jerry and the tech that serviced my vehicle!!! I understand Jerry is new at this store, and in my opinion "A Keeper" if you will, he treated the customer's as if he was the owner, was very helpful and efficient as he was down one scheduled technician that day!!!

    New manager Jerry took care of my tire situation and best of all he did his absolute best to get me the lowest price he could. Thought I was going to spend over $1K for all new tires but he was able to fix hole in my tire for under $60. I will be taking all my cars here from now on.

    The Manager was very rude and disrespectful. He tells you one thing and does another. My husband and I were scheduled for an appointment upon our arrival he said nobody available to work on the vehicle. He charged us a different price compares to what we were told initially. Our new rim was scratched all over and when we tried to talk to him about it and the charges he hanged up.
